Tasting notes:
'There will be no 2013 or 2014 Brut Zero, so if you are a fan of the style (and I wouldn’t blame you) stock up now. Combining Pinot Noir with 23% Chardonnay, it spends five years on lees, but is still a bracingly austere style. Pithy and focused, it’s a mouth-watering aperitif rather than a food wine. Drink 2018-22.' – Tim Atkin MW, SA Special Report 2017, 93/100

'Unlike all-chardonnay 2011 (93 pts), 2012 mostly pinot noir (77%), 60 months on lees, no dosage (added sugar) for bone-dry palate, almost austere finish. Taut, mineral & linear, with red berry tang, notably food friendly.' – Platter's Guide, 4.5* (91/100)

'Golden peach in colour, with a vibrant bouquet of cherries, blueberries, almonds and earthy spice. A delicate yet complex palate abounds with red berry, yellow stone fruit and hints of brioche. A great balance and a long finish with a slightly salty finish.' – Winemaker
