This Provence-style rosé impresses us with its complexity. The 2018 was named Overall Rosé of the Year in Tim Atkin MW's 2019 SA Report and was one of our top 3 rosé picks of the year. The 2020 is as charming, if not more so, with its floral, wild strawberry and rosehip notes.

Tasting notes on the 2018 vintage:
'My rosé of the year is a first release from the talented Reg Holder. It's a wine that tastes as good as it looks: direct pressed and very pale, with the understated concentration of two dryland Pinotage vineyards, rosehip and water melon flavours and a long, refreshing finish. Drink 2019-21.' – Tim Atkin MW, SA Special Report 2019, 93/100 (Overall Rosé of the Year)

'In Provence style, from the pale onion-skin hue to the light, dry & delicate palate - though 2018 from pinotage certainly not lacking flavour. A little oak influence.' – Platter's Guide, 4*
