About Neil Ellis:
Neil Ellis has created a legacy. It began in 1984, when Neil Ellis sourced grapes from various Stellenbosch vineyards and produced wine in rented cellars. Today, the winery is a fully family-run affair with the Ellis children taking over various roles in the business. Warren Ellis heads up the winemaking with great success and, while building on their past, we can see a marked shift towards greater refinement and finesse.
