'The rosé market is booming in South Africa, so there's definitely room for a few top-end examples such as this one. A pale, delicate, rose petal-scented blend of Cinsault with Shiraz and a little Grenache, it's crunchy, tangy and very pale, with redcurrant and water melon flavours.
