Dear *|FNAME|*,
Is Saint-Aubin Burgundy’s best value village? It offers sophistication and deliciousness at very reasonable prices. The village borders the famous vineyards of Chevalier-, Puligny- and Chassagne-Montrachet, but sits at higher-elevation, cooler sites – a blessing during warmer vintages. We have two excellent 1er Crus on offer today: En Remilly is one of the top crus in Saint-Aubin; it’s powerful and mineral with a chiselled acidity, whereas Les Champlots Blanc is known for its sea-shell, chalky citrus flavours and lithe frame.
Burgundy’s 2020 vintage is renowned for its incredibly bright, concentrated wines. ‘How can a vintage so extreme produce wines that are so vibrant and fresh?’ asks William Kelley of the Wine Advocate.
The 2020 Les Sétilles is elegant, packed full of flavour and ‘a wine of exceptional quality’, writes Jasper Morris MW – it’s anything but entry-level. The 45-year-old vines used for this top-notch, value wine are planted over 70 plots in two of the greatest white wine-producing communes in the world – Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault. Also available in magnums!
