'The wine displays a brilliant pale straw colour. The nose is underscored by delicate white floral aromas and white peach, pithy citrus notes and yellow fruits. The wine enters the palate clean and fresh bursting with flavours of citrus and stone fruits. The midpalate is creamy yet with poised clarity, leading to a textured finish with stunning freshness.' – Winemaker

Aged in old barrels, it's all about fruit purity rather than wood, with crunchy acidity, lots of citrus and Cox's apple fruit and a stony, palate-refreshing finish. Miles Mossop Wines was established in 2004 with the vision to create wines unique in character, expressing the true nature of South Africa and the sites from which the grapes are sourced. It is a family business with Miles Mossop as winemaker and viticulturist including wines that are named after Miles and Samantha Mossop's three children. |
