These super limited Cabernet Sauvignon blends have regionally distinctive components, sparking a conversation around the influence of the ocean versus the mountain on wines in Stellenbosch. The Ocean is a blend of two vineyards at 80m altitude within eight kilometres of False Bay, and the Mountain is a blend of two vineyards from Jonkershoek and Simonsberg, both above 250 metres.
